We loved the comfortable and spacious rooms, with modern and well-equipped bathrooms at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were great, with a large pool and beautiful gardens. Also, the location is stunning, close to the spectacular canyons for walking and birdwatching.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hosteria de Guara. We were on our honeymoon and also were rock climbing in nearby Rodellar so we really wanted the best of both worlds (being pampered but also not feeling awkward walking through the lobby in grungy clothes with packs). Hosteria de Guara was a perfect fit. Eva absolutely spoiled us with her amazing food and service. When weather was poor she steered us to rainy day options like vineyards and a castle that we would never have found on our own. We will always make at least a night's stay at Hosteria de Guara a part of our future climbing trips to Rodellar.

Very friendly comfortable clean environment, as a vegetarian it was great as a special meal was made for us each evening. The hotel was in a beautiful setting. It was an ideal place to stay for canyoning in the sierra de guara region

Would have liked extra pillows available in the room although these were provided on request. At 8.30 the hotel was still locked and no staff available. Breakfast arrangements were difficult to understand.

Stunning views of the natural beauty surrounding the hotel are breathtaking. Rooms are spacious and well-appointed with modern bathrooms and comfortable beds. Large swimming pool and pretty gardens are great for relaxing. Staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. Location is ideal for outdoor activities such as walking, rock climbing, and canyoning.

The air conditioning was tricky to use and required programming which was a minor inconvenience. Although the restaurant offered excellent food with a varied and interesting menu, the music played was a bit cheesy and could be improved.

Rather difficult to have a light meal at 7 pm, breakfast not served until 8.30. Bar unattractive, used as a shop by the locals! My biggest complaint was that on Booked.net the price was € 250 special offer €83 in fact the normal price is € 83 !! So we were expecting something special & this was not, I estimate the hotel should be € 65/70

The hotel setting is magnificent, the views are great for nature lovers.

The cost of the stay in this hotel is not justifiable, I wouldn't recommend it to friends as value for money, the food wasn't great, most of the times we ended up avoiding meal times, hunger was a problem.

Bierge is a wonderful location and the hotel rooms have great views over lovely countryside. Everybody is very friendly and the standard of accommodation, food and drink is excellent. There are opportunities for walking and birdwatching in the area and it would suit people wanting a peaceful break in a lovely setting. But it's the only option for eating and drinking in the area, it's only suitable for those who really enjoy the peace and quiet.

This hotel is located in a very remote area that makes it hard to access the nearest attractions, especially after sunset. Its location is mainly in the forest, surrounded by fields and orchards and far away from any major roads. the views you get from it are truly spectacular and worth the drive. the rooms are comfortable, but the bathrooms lack storage space. You will be welcomed by helpful and friendly staff and will enjoy a decent breakfast.

The air conditioning system needs to be programmed and can be complicated to use.
